The need for an automatic system that can reconstruct and recognize the human face became an important issue especially in the investigating departments. In this paper, an automatic system is built to reconstruct a specific person and recognition process is applied next, back propagation neural network is applied as a tool for recognition, two level identifications is applied, first level is to identify the constructed face with a global recognition network, second level used single network for each face to be identified. This paper can be applied as we as for children education and for improving their recognition capabilities.
